The organising committee of the NZIMRT Conference invite our supporting trades to purchase a trade space during our event held at Millennium Hotel Queenstown.
Each trade space will be provided with a trestle table and two chairs. The space available for each site is 3 x 1.5m and can be utilised in any way desired.
The cost for each trade package is $3,000 inc GST and this includes 2 trade registrations. Additional trade registrations are available at a cost of $300 per person.

Provision of wifi for delegates - $200 per day incl GST for unlimited data
Barista coffee cart $250 per day and $4.50 per coffee
