Exhibition Welcome Cocktail Function

We will be holding an exhibition welcome cocktail function on Friday evening immediately following the first day of conference; this is being held at the Events Energy Centre with the trade exhibitors. This is a 2 hour event and is free for conference delegates after which your evening is free to explore the city and many restaurants.
This has been scheduled to maximise exhibitor set up time and optimise the number of delegates to attend this event. This will be the perfect opportunity to catch up and meet conference attendees in an informal setting at the conclusion of day one of the technical programme.
After this two-hour event, the evening is free for conference attendees, this allows a perfect opportunity head out to dinner at the nearby restaurants and bars and explore Rotorua.
