General abstract submission has now closed.
2019 sees a coming together of Medical Imaging, Radiation Therapy and Nuclear Medicine communities. The concept of a combined meeting suits our theme “Your chance to Shine” as we each show case our modalities or field of expertise with our colleagues. The overlap between Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine is seen in many departments with the introduction of hybrid SPECT/CT gamma cameras. Radiation Therapy is now using PET/CT images to help improve radiation target fields. Integrated imaging is the way of the future.
Our theme, Tiaho Atu (to emit light – to shine), should inspire in you the need to creatively present on a subject dear to your heart. All topics are encouraged but especially those which inspire others to shine, and which showcase your own (maybe hidden?) talents.
In essence, we are offering you the opportunity to shine.
This is a chance to present your latest research, case studies and experiences to the wider community; your colleagues and peers.
The conference committee are committed to their theme and to providing every presenter with a holistic experience in the culturally diverse and aware city of Rotorua.
