About the role
This is an exciting new opportunity to join our growing Radiology Department here in Nelson. We are about to implement a new 16 week roster that will include 24 hour coverage Monday to Sunday. The role will have you rostered and rotating throughout the seven days as part of a team with no lone working. We require both general and CT trained staff to help us fill these new positions and complete our team.
About you
You will be registered with the NZMRT Board and hold a current APC or about to complete your degree in Medical Imaging. You need to be positive, friendly and a team player with a good sense of humour and be willing to become part of a friendly and dedicated team. Oure team provides a comprehensive diagnostic radiology service including: General Radiography, MRI, CT Scanning, Ultrasound, Cardiac Catheterisation and Angiography.
To succeed in this role you will have the following:
* A sound knowledge of diagnostic radiography
* Excellent communication skills and empathy

* The flexibility to work a Monday-Sunday rotating roster
