This is an exciting opportunity to join our Radiology Department here in Nelson. You will be rostered on shifts, rotating throughout the seven days, with no one working alone at one time. Our team provides a comprehensive diagnostic radiology service including: General Radiography, MRI, CT Scanning, Ultrasound, Cardiac Catheterisation and Angiography.
We have three 0.8FTE positions available. Two of these are permanent roles and one is covering parental leave from mid-April 2020 for up to 12 months. A post-graduate MRI qualification would be a bonus.

You will be registered with the NZMRT Board and hold a current APC. You need to be positive, friendly, have a good sense of humour, and be willing to become part of a friendly and dedicated team. Cardiac or interventional experience would be a bonus, but is not necessary.
To succeed in this role you will have:
· a sound knowledge of diagnostic radiography
· excellent communication skills and empathy
· the passion to deliver high-quality healthcare
· the flexibility to work within a Monday-Sunday rotating roster.
